Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days from our facility in Tughlakabad Extension, New Delhi – 110019, Delhi, India, subject to product availability.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Standard Delivery: 4–7 business days across India.
• Express Delivery: 1–2 business days, available at checkout in select pincodes only.
• Delivery timelines may vary for remote locations or during sale periods.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping is free on prepaid orders above ₹1,999. Orders below this value, and Express Delivery, are charged as shown at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link by email/SMS. You can also track your order via our Track Order page.

5. Serviceable Areas

We currently ship across India. Enter your pincode at checkout to confirm serviceability and estimated delivery date.

6. Delays

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays can occur due to weather, regional restrictions, or courier network issues beyond our control. We’ll keep you informed if this affects your order.
